Omnia Press is equipped with normal and numeric-controlled machines aimed at producing pieces with centesimal tolerances; it is active in the European and South American pressure casting market and it performs high quality mechanical processing.
In particular Omnia Press can perform centesimal mechanical processings on carburised and hardened materials (ex. Blanking tool casing) and on nitrided materials (ex. Cylinders and high speed shafts ).

Furthermore, it is possible to bore lathe and ground pieces with a length up to 7500 mm. and a diameter of 455 mm., while the diameter of the holes to be lapped can reach 350 mm. The constant exchange of information with technicians and engineers grants us a perfect knowledge of all different kinds of steels and of the metallurgical sector in general.
OMNIA PRESS S.r.l. grants proper heat treatment such as quenching and tempering, stress relieving, carburising and surface treatments such as ionic and gaseous nitriding, Nipre®, P.V.D., C.V.D. Such treatments are made with the most updated technologies. Thanks to its experience and the constant exchange of experience and ideas with specialists and technicians, Omnia Press holds a deep knowledge of the metallurgy of different metals, in particular steels. The company shows also a high interest in the new steel types and in the new surface coatings (PACVD technology and new type of P.V.D. called Dry-tool® and Alinox®).
