Omnia Press S.r.l. produces screws and cylinders for single-screw extruders, for double-screw extruders and for plastification groups of thermoplastic materials (P.V.C., nylon, polythene, polyurethane resin, Megolon, rubber, etc), Archimedean and transport screws for granular and/or dust materials.

• Max. length: 5,000 mm. (for single-block screw with diameter higher than 100 mm.);
• Max. thread length: 4,500 mm. (without continuity);
• Min. external diameter: 20 mm.;
• Max. external diameter: 400 mm.;

HEAT AND SURFACE TREATMENTS

• Gaseous carburising and hardening;
